- Intellectual property: on full payment, we assign rights in bespoke deliverables to the client, excluding third-party components and our reusable libraries.

- Warranties: deliverables are provided with reasonable care and skill; no implied warranties beyond scope.
- Liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant services.
- Support: post-launch support is provided under a separate maintenance plan unless included.
